Don't be gentle...: Honestly, there's not one thing I'd change about the way you all do business. From the initial contact with the customer rep answering the phones, to follow communications about the design, stone selection, approval process, and eventual delivery, there's nothing I'd change if I were in charge. You've got things donw to a science, why mess with success!
When I first started the design process, I didn't know what to expect, but no worries! The knowledgeable staff at Cubic Zirconia walked me through the easy process. In hardly any time at all, together, we picked out the setting, the color and size stones that I envisioned for the project, and then sat back and let the good folks at Cubic Zirconia do their magic! Throughout the process, their communication and follow-up was simply outstanding, but what impressed me more than anything was the one time I called to check on delivery only to find out it was delayed - that is, delivery was delayed because the Quality Control group identified that the color of one of the stones was a shade off. Rather than send out the product as if it was "good enough," the QA team sent the ring back to ensure the stones were perfectly matched before releasing the product to the customer. Now that is the kind of service you can't find anymore, but the team at Cubic Zirconia believe in producing nothing short of superior quality work. To all the folks at Cubic Zirconia, please accept my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. But in the end, the proof of their quality work was the surprise and joyful look on my wife's face when she opened the box and found her new 14K gold ring set with three deeply rich purple stones! That look was priceless! Thanks to all of you for all of your hard work. Very much appreciated!!
