A: All static text mentions of prices on our website, social media and emails are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. However, there’s a chance you can shop our store with your own country’s currency displayed instead of U.S. dollars. As of writing, our CubicZirconia.com product prices can be displayed in ten (10) other international currencies.

If you visit our website from the United States, our website is designed so that all of our product prices will be displayed in U.S. dollars. If you visit from Canada (CAD), the prices can be manually displayed in Canadian dollars with just two clicks (see below). If you visit from any country within the European Union (EUR), prices can be displayed in Euros (“€”). The same is true if you visit our site from Mexico (MXN), United Arab Emirates (AED “Dhs.”), Australia (AUD), Great Britain (GBP "£" British pounds), Hong Kong (HKD), India (INR “Rs.”), Japan (JPY “¥”), or New Zealand (NZD) -- prices can quickly and manually be changed by you to be displayed in the respective currency of your country/region. For all other countries not mentioned here, prices will be displayed in U.S. dollars by default.

How to manually change our website’s currency display setting: To find out if your currency is available to display, and make the change manually...you can change the currency setting using the drop-down box in the upper right corner of our website. Simply click the down arrow to see the different currencies available from the list provided.

Choose the international currency in which you’d want to display the prices on our online catalog (see portion boxed in red on the screenshot below).

You may need to “refresh” your current webpage on CubicZirconia.com if you want a product you’re already looking at to change pricing currency, but all other product pages will then use the new currency during your shopping session.

While you can shop and compare prices using another currency if that is convenient for you, please note, however, that at checkout for purchase all prices will be automatically converted to U.S. dollars.

Your currency not an option? Please know that you are very important to us. Work is ongoing to add to additional international currencies. So if your currency is not included right now, we hope you believe we are working to better accommodate shoppers from your region as each year passes. You may wish to contact us and let us know you were thinking about this; requests help us prioritize what currency to program our website in next for the future. Thanks for choosing to trust CubicZirconia.com for your high quality cubic zirconia jewelry and stones purchases!

Please note that U.S. government regulations restrict American companies from exporting jewelry products to the following international destinations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Ukraine. We cannot accept customers from these countries, sorry.

A: Shipping internationally from the United States is typically done through DHL Express Worldwide (although we use other couriers too as necessary or DHL themselves may contract with local “last mile” couriers as they deem appropriate based on delivery location). DHL Express Worldwide service is typically a 2-3 day delivery service. This transit time is not guaranteed, though, due to many factors including the location of the final delivery address and the unknown duration of the customs process. See FAQ question “Will I need to pay customs duties for my international order?” for additional details on the responsibility of the receiving party for customs process.

A: For international orders, we do the best we can on a country-to-country basis, but we typically ship via DHL Express Worldwide. Although, from time to time, we also use FedEx or UPS or one of those three in combination with a local carrier for “last mile” delivery.

International orders will be manufactured in the same time, and shipped in the same time as orders from our United States customers. The time it takes for the order to reach your door is dependent on a number of factors, some of which are out of our control including the shipping carrier’s shipping processes and customs entry inspection, payment and release.

A: Yes, you can! Just specify the country and address you want your order to be shipped to during the checkout process and we’ll gladly ship it there. Needless to say, you would have to pay international shipping, and may end up paying customs duties as well. Please see FAQ question “Which countries do you ship to? How much do you typically charge for international shipping?” for a full list of available ship-to countries and the associated shipping costs. If you are unfamiliar with the customs process in the country where you are wanting to ship your CubicZirconia.com order, we strongly suggest researching potential costs for taxes and customs duties that may be levied to your package at the country’s entry border. See FAQ question “Will I need to pay customs duties for my international order?” for additional details on the responsibility of the receiving party for customs process.

A: Yes we can! Many airports have a Fedex, UPS, or DHL packages store that can work with us to accomplish this. Just specify the airport you want use to ship your item to. We can arrange for it to be shipped pre-departure (you’ll pay domestic shipping rates), or upon arrival at your destination airport (you’ll have to pay international shipping rates, plus applicable customs duties).

A: Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import. When your shipment arrives at your country's customs office, there may be taxes, fees, and import duties charged in addition to your order total. Customs charges will vary per item and per country. You can contact your local customs office for details on international import policies and fee structures. If there are customs duties levied for your international order (there may not be), the recipient will be responsible to pay any customs duties or country specific taxes. The recipient of an International shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additionally, the shipping service may charge a Collect On Delivery, Cash On Delivery, or Cash Receipt On Delivery fee (COD). These charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. CubicZirconia.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. The total price you pay for your CubicZirconia.com order and shipping costs does not include any customs duties the destination country may charge, the settlement of which is entirely your responsibility. Please see FAQ “How much customs duties will I need to pay?” for additional details, if you’re unfamiliar with ordering abroad to be delivered to your country.

A: Customs charges will vary per item and per country, and can be estimated prior to shipping your order. You can contact your local customs office for details on international import policies and fee structures. The actual amount levied for customs duties, taxes, and fees will depend on the country where you asked to ship your purchase. Different countries have different customs charges based on the item type and a percentage of the item’s value. What we can say for certain is that the customs duties are typically dependent on the value of the item you purchased: the higher the value, the higher the customs duties. As to how the fees are computed, we are not able to give any advice or specific country details regarding customs duties, fees, and/or taxes. We strongly recommend that you inquire with the local customs bureau of the destination country in order to calculate your estimated fees and avoid any unwanted surprises.

A: As long as the ordered item still falls within our return policy’s time limit and is in unworn, salable condition, you can definitely return it to us. We will send you the return form so you can ship the item back to us. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please see our FAQ section on “Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” for full details.

A: As long as the ordered item still falls within our return policy’s time limit and is in unworn, salable condition, you can definitely return it to us for an exchange. We will send you the return form so you can ship the item back to us. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please see our FAQ section on “Returns, Refunds and Exchanges” for full details.

After we receive the item and inspect it to be in good salable condition, we will process your exchange item. Price differences will be upset: If the exchange item is cheaper, we’ll refund you the difference. If the exchange item is more expensive, we’ll invoice you first of the difference and ship you the exchange item after you’ve paid the invoice.

A: Whether or not the ordered item and the requested repair is covered by warranty, you can definitely send it to us for repair (though charges may apply if the requested repair is not covered by warranty). We will send you the repair form so you can ship the item back to our repair facility for inspection. After inspection is done, we’ll relay to you what needs to be done to repair your item, and if there are any charges associated with the repair. Only after you give express consent for repair will we send you an invoice for whatever charges or fees applicable. Upon payment of the invoice (if applicable), repairs will commence. We’ll send you your repaired item as soon as repairs are done. Please see our FAQ section on “Warranty, Services, and Repairs” for full details.

A: All orders over US$300 ship for free to most worldwide locations including North America, Australia, and more than 50 countries in Europe. Otherwise, for orders below US$300 that ship to these international locations, a flat fee of US$25 is charged.

For orders to be shipped to most other international locations not specified above, we charge a flat rate shipping charge of US$75 for orders below US$500; US$50 for orders US$500 - $2499; and free shipping for orders at US$2,500 and above.

International orders typically ship through DHL Express Worldwide (average 2-day shipping service to most worldwide locations). From time to time, we also use FedEx and/or UPS for international shipments.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import. Customs charges will vary per item and per country, and cannot be calculated prior to shipping your order. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For more information about international shipping to specific countries, please see FAQ “Which countries do you ship to?” question.

A: Of course! It will just be an extra US$50 on top of your current shipping charge for expedited international shipping to addresses outside the domestic United States, including any country listed on the “Which countries do you ship to?” question, non-continental states and U.S. territories, and U.S. Armed Forces and FPO/APO addresses abroad. We’ll then use the fastest available shipping method we are aware of or can find which costs less than the amount charged.

Please contact us prior to purchase or as close to after purchase as possible if expedited shipping is needed and we will try to accommodate your request.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date at the time of purchase, but we've been known to move heaven and earth to get a piece of jewelry in your hands at a certain date if you'll communicate with us how important it is!

Please note: “expedited shipping” only refers to once your product is manufactured (if applicable) and ready to ship. It does not speed up the manufacturing process for any non in-stock product (See “Can I request expedited manufacturing for my order? Do you charge extra for it?” question for more details).

A: Taxes will be assessed at the time of purchase for orders shipped to Kentucky, United States (6% state sales tax), but not to any other United States or international location. All other locations in the United States do not have taxes assessed. For orders shipped internationally, we do not assess taxes at the time of purchase; however, please see FAQ question “Will I need to pay customs duties for my international order?” since your location may require you to pay something to those local authorities.

Please note; The recipient of an International shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additionally, the shipping service may charge a Collect On Delivery, Cash On Delivery, or Cash Receipt On Delivery fee (COD). These charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. CubicZirconia.com has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
