When I first started the design process, I didn't know what to expect, but no worries! The knowledgeable staff at Cubic Zirconia walked me through the easy process. In hardly any time at all, together, we picked out the setting, the color and size stones that I envisioned for the project, and then sat back and let the good folks at Cubic Zirconia do their magic! Throughout the process, their communication and follow-up was simply outstanding, but what impressed me more than anything was the one time I called to check on delivery only to find out it was delayed - that is, delivery was delayed because the Quality Control group identified that the color of one of the stones was a shade off. Rather than send out the product as if it was "good enough," the QA team sent the ring back to ensure the stones were perfectly matched before releasing the product to the customer. Now that is the kind of service you can't find anymore, but the team at Cubic Zirconia believe in producing nothing short of superior quality work. To all the folks at Cubic Zirconia, please accept my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. But in the end, the proof of their quality work was the surprise and joyful look on my wife's face when she opened the box and found her new 14K gold ring set with three deeply rich purple stones! That look was priceless! Thanks to all of you for all of your hard work. Very much appreciated!!

We bought this as a special "dress" ring for Fiona -- who already has a Princess Cut 1ct diamond engagement ring -- so this adds to the overall impact and classy impression on her right hand -- or could be a substitute on her left had when she wishes. Beautiful quality.

The earring that you ordered was one of two earring products on our site that is for a SINGLE EARRING, not a pair of earrings. The product title says as much and the product description also describes the earring 'This Round Cut Cubic Zirconia earring will include 1 (one) total earring and includes a free gift box.'
Primarily we see this product purchased by men looking to wear an earring on one side, or for someone looking for a replacement of one lost earring of a pair to complete their existing set. It has been ordered by mistake from someone looking for a pair of earrings before and that's why we did want to confirm your order before manufacturing. When we didn't hear back from you we went ahead and manufactured your earring order as it was ordered, a single earring.
I can definitely understand your frustration as you were expecting an earring set and now are left with a single earring. For your order, my original question remains. Did you want a:
A. pair of earrings that would be 0.75 carat each side (which would be 1.5 carat TGW).
B. Or maybe a pair of earrings which would have a total carat weight of 3.0 carats, or 1.5 carat each side
The size of your current earring is 1.5 carats, which as a pair would be 3.0 carats TGW.
First, the communication was spot on. Second, the rings were repaired, stones replaced cleaned and returned. They both look brand new. Excellent quality work. I'm very appreciative of the quality and care given to my repairs. Thank you!!!

I've been buying clear and colored stones since the beginning of this year so I can make jewelry for my wife and sell my jewelry in art shows. the quality of the stones keeps me coming back, but I am frustrated that the colored sotnes take longer to ship. They told me that these colored stones are custom cut for me in each size but I do want them sooner.

Hello. I just ordered a loose 5 Carat Emerald Cut CZ Stone and i just wanted to ask a quick question? For some reason i wasn't able to find the area to SpinTheWheel to try my luck at a discount or gift? Is it not accessable by using a cellphone? That was my question..
